could someone check this out and give any comments. I am worried that is more than 2 grams, (1 cart). I dont have a scale to weigh and it looks like alot. I was filtering the binders and maybe some got into it cause there wasnt much binder material left in the coffee filter after i washed it with water.

basskiller. i was filtering the binders out with the coffee filter. The was alot of binders in the filter. Then i decided i was going to be precise and wanted to be sure all of the tren was utilized, so i washed the binders with distilled water and then the binders didnt seem as much. I asked previously if anyone knew if the binders were water soluable, didnt get much a response. IM really not sure, i guess i could put some MA and refilter. Just dont want to make a mistake.

I don't know if the binders are water soluble, but I doubt it sine they are just cellulose. The best advice I could give you is to add more solvent to your stuff and re-filter. Sorry i can't give you a definitive answer. Mabey somone else can help?

Actually that looks good. But you need a scale, there cheap and not an option if your doing conversions. The scale would have told you what most people who have done this aready know, the "powder" you get from the cyrstal fina method is fluffy. I'm not sure why you flushded the binders with DI (should have used more MA) but as someone told you MC isn't water soluble.
