Is this the beginning of Gyno??

My friend just finished up his PCT from a cycle of Heladrol. Been off PCT for a week now. He ran the cycle at 50/50/75/75/100/100. I also ran Heladrol but ran it at 75/75/75/100/100/125 and have yet to see any signs like he has. From what I know I told him it WAS Gyno and that he should do a 4 week cycle of Letrozole. He's hard headed and only using Forma Stanzol at the moment. 10 pumps a day split between morning and evening. I ordered udrol for my next cycle so did he. He's actually planning on starting his udrol cycle Monday. As he is sitting here with me please let him know what you think.

Just looks like a little extra fat to me. If he doesn't feel a little ball behind the nipple, I wouldn't worry.

He said it's never hurt before. Can feel a slight lump very little. Then again I have a little lump once I move my nipple around. Very small one. So should he take the Letrozole or do you think he is good to do a cycle of udrol?
