Cliffs:
-45-year-old man with some training background
-Starts doing the Pro Physique 90 day Fitness Challenge (starting weight: 208 lbs) using only basic home gym equipment.
-reduces calories from 3,200 to 2,400
-used an under desk step machine in the morning for cardio (40 minutes)
-did incline treadmill walk in the evening (40 minutes)
-when weight loss stalled, he reduced calories by 200 (coming down to 1,700) and did a refeed every 10 days (3,500 calories).
-At the end of three months, he was down to a shredded 177 lbs.

Those are fake **** to sell you an idea. You can see there this guy is already in great shape and got a decent amount of muscle under that fat that he probably willingly put on himself. He’s also pushing his belly out for the pictures. So if you’re a regular guy simply overweight can you get to his right picture physique in 3 months? No. That’d be ridiculous to think yes. Not even on all drugs in the world. Maybe on 5 years as a natty?

Completely agree with my dude ^^^ …So sick of clowns like this, in the article.

I breezed through it, only to read the crazy things he mentions to disguise his usage of whatever peds/compounds…

I mean even if all he used was the ECA Stack, which I don’t believe it was limited to just that…ECA alone, is big component that the average guy reading that article has no idea about.

For a real laugh, go on any of the YouTube videos regarding any fake natty, that is clearly enhanced, and look at the comments trying to justify that the person is natural…
They never end…someone will say “ohh just because they are bigger than you, doesn’t mean they are juicing” …It’s clear the vast percentage of ‘joe blows’ don’t know shittt about this stuff and will believe anything…

nope

agree with both above posts

but whats funny is people consider HRT/TRT natty .. just because its subscribed by doc doesnt mean injecting testE makes you natural

Dropping the weight yes. That shredded I tend to doubt. Doing a challenge I lost 40# in 2 months. Shredded like that, not even close. Also if you look at the first picture he is pushing out his stomach. Sad what ever company is using such stuff to sell their products.

I mean dude did lose 30# - most likely 15-25# being fat rest being, tendon, glycogen, water..

deficit seems deep ~1k. he seems to be happy i bet he was miserable with 1700-2400 calories /day.

**** ton of LISS cardio. this is an example of basics of cut. stop fucking eating, fix fork to mouth disease and you will get lean. doesnt appear that he didnt lose much muscle may be alarming to some. those that said he stuck his gut out is correct. he did have veins on forearm which got amplified. this was just an great example of cut done correctly. natty or not - who knows. is it possible natty? possibly, if so i am sure he felt like dogpoop...

my point was, me too at 215 lbs 5 foot 10 9-10% I could easily gain 25 lbs, push my belly out, and EASILY drop that fat in 2 months and look shredded. We are talking about someone who’s usually lean, with a very good amount of muscle on its frame (which immensely helps burn fat btw) ... the people who will read this and try it are skinny fat dudes with no muscle. It will be harder. They can get lean absolutely. Will they look as muscular as him? Jesus no.

I don't believe a single thing from this ad that is Obviously being dishonest.

You know how much the guy Really lost?

Nope.
... And we never will.

obviously this was not lean bulk or recomp. was a hard cut. anyone that has been in iron game long enough would understand the points that you made. dude was 200+ at somewhat lean- dropped 30# and got pretty lean within 3 months. I do not understand the craziness over this transformation... people need to put the damn fork down n start moving

this is last summers cut 10# less than now

I can’t believe you don’t understand what I’m saying. His transformation or even yours are nothing special indeed you are right. My point went over your head. I’m not willing to keep talking about this though

Lookin good bro, nice work. Perhaps in the future you can pull your shorts up a bit though.

I understand the point. but it wasnt just hey ill stick my gut out, bad lighting, etc.. There truly was fat loss here. nowhere in the article is any supplements is promoted. other than paul reveila whom gives great basic advice for free on youtube...

everyone always underestimates how much fat have to be lost during a cut. I can stand to lose another 10-15 to be somewhat stage ready. But at that weight i was tired n hungry. Ever seen alberto nunez pics at 180 vs 160. One would think he was shredded at 180. Then he lost another 20 n got super shredded but one would never have thought he needed another 20# to
Go..

its all mute arguments afterall. we can make all the points we want, noone has all the answer nor do we have all the facts.. but not every jacked muscular person is on PEDs. I have known truly natty people that got absolutely shredded. It is truly possible.

I think it would be more fun to guess this 45 year olds stack …These magazines are missing an informative/ fun opportunity…

I’m guessing actual trt, so 100 per week and the after is a ECA and low dose anavar 🤷‍♂️

Edit-I zoomed in, dude is grainy and vascular…could be even more compounds, a couple iu hgh…Curious of the ideas of the more experienced on here…

Whatever he's on, it made his shorts shrink dramatically.

Weird.

reading the first post and before I saw this answer it’s exactly what I was thinking.

that’s a guy making himself look as bad as possible, then leaned up a bit and optimised the lighting and pose to sell ****.

totally unachievable for average dad bod jo public

But won't rapid fat loss lead to some sagging skin? The guy's midsection looked grainy and tight.

Could be done with the right cocktail, but not natty, no way, no how. The guy clearly isn’t flexed in the first pic vs. second. He has pretty similar muscle mass in both pics. Look at the pecs in particular.

Yeah it’s 100 percent possible. All he did was cut fat and probably get a pump and better lighting. Lol He has the same mass as he did in the first pic. More then likely the pics are reversed though. I’ve heard long ago that when you used to see those adds in magaZines they would find some with that looks like the after pic they want and pay them to get out of shape. Lol so the before is really the after pic of intentionally eating like **** for a month. Ha

Exactly. A friend of mine won several thousands in a thing like that were the best transformation wins. He’s a bodybuilder who’s in decent shape and Great mass, ate like a porn for 6 weeks, put on 15-20 lbs of **** weight, took the best lighting to make him look even more soft, didn’t train for a week prior to the picture. Then obviously lost all that newly added weight super easy (he was on trt during the initial process.. added masteron, tren and an oral, and there you go.

No refunds? You don't say..

honestly I don't think he looks natty in the first pic. looks like a hint of gyno there too, IMO.

however in theory much of what he accomplished is achievable, although it's definitely an accelerated rate. 31lbs over 90 days /7 =2.4lbs per week on average with what appears to be zero muscle loss.... things that make you say hmm..

a diet as strict as his claims to be + the extra 80 minutes of daily cardio + lifting every day would have an effect, no doubt. but I'm not sure anyone could achieve this naturally.

maybe that lean in 6-12 months but not with that muscle retention. I just don't see that happening to a natty guy

It looks like he was testing his body in some specific conditions, and that he had already some muscle memory, that's why it was so easy for him to get it back, but I'm not sure that it was for three months. If I would consider about getting the best shape I want - I would watch some workouts from Invalid Link Removed website, and simply repeat it as many times as those athletes would say. They know for sure how to achieve specific goals in physical training.

Reminds of one of those fit to fat to fit shows. It’s a little easier to lose 3 months worth of weight than it is to lose 5 years worth of weight. Not taking into consideration the muscle mass was already there… he just had to cut calories and fix his diet.
