Looking at this PCT for a 6 week H-Drol cycle:

Nolva 20/20/10/10
PCT Assist
DAA
Erase

It's my first cycle, so I'm curious if the PCT Assist is a good idea or not?
 
Overkill? No
Make sure you taper the erase at the end.

0/0/3/3/2/1 is the common dosing. First two weeks of pct is serm only.

You are missing reduce xt, get 2 bottles.

Yes.
Pct assist makes sure your organs and lipid profile are getting some help while on a SERM.
