so yesterday was my first time pinning ever. There was no pain at all 23g needle. Today my ass feel like it has the worse charlie horse, no redness or anything just curious if this is normal.
 
Don't different substances injected result in different sensations in the pinning location? You didn't say what you put in there.

EDIT: Okay - you posted right when I did!!
 
You will get some soreness depending on concentration and how much benz alcohol is in the gear. After you pin the location a couple times the soreness will stop
