Is this just chest fat

Welcome to the forum. Yes, that is just body fat in the chest area.

Comparing to this image, I would say you're in the 26%-30% body fat range. Eat right, stay active, and be consistent; you'll continue to make progress. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks very much, I've been stressed out about it lots.
It looks better here after training but getting there.

Thanks very much, I've been stressed out about it lots.

You're welcome man. It's always a confidence killer, and chest fat is usually the last to go. I was overweight years ago, and I absolutely hated the way I looked in a t-shirt.

Use it as motivation. Work your ass off and don't quit. You'll begin to see changes and results will come. Best of luck!

^^^No worries. But like john.patterson said, just stay consistent with your training program and diet. Too many people will stick with their diet for a short period of time and think it's not working. It's working it just takes time in this game.

I've got the same issue, was just talking to my wife about it last night. I'm extremely self conscious of my chest, because not only has chest fat accumulated, but I have a moderate case of Pectus Excavatum and flared ribs! I feel for you, man. Like these guys advise; I've just been trying to eat clean and stay moving.

Cheers mate that's all we can do and eventually we'll be laughing.
I don't think a lot of people get how annoying it is to not have your body the way you want.

I'm still dealing with this issue lol I see chest gains but the fat is still there that's why I gotta major in cardio, used 2 think it was Gyno.. don't remember who but someone once said that the same amount of time you took into damaging your body through out the years is about the same amount of time it will take to get it into shape that's why things don't happen over night. Life lesson but like LeanEngineer said, it works and just takes time brother Good Luck

It does look like you've put in some good work clearing it up though OP, noticeable progress! Keep it up!

Thanks everyone it's gotta be the most annoying thing but never going back, 4 stone down and about roughly a stone to go.
Thanks again everyone
