Ok but is my idea good or no?

Whats your idea give more details...
What are your goals?

Well i am looking to gain weight but i do not want to gain fat while i use a high calorie mass gainer

Real food is the way to go imo. Weight gainer shakes are a waste of money. Just eat every couple hours and add olive oil to everything. Whole eggs, peanut butter, nuts, etc are good ways to get high calories in a small package. I've almost totally stopped with protein bars and such unless I'm in a bind and can't get a good meal easily.

Yea i try that but i dont get enough calories to move up in weight thats why i use them, i dont have the time to eat with school and everything else

all of us has have lifes responsibilities.

you make it happen.

like people are saying here you're just gonna dump your money out for weight gainers, when you could spend it on better nutritional value.

hell oats, peanut butter, whey and ice cream would be a better gainer than most out there...for a fraction of the cost

i work 70+ hours a week and eat 95% whole foods (other than whey w/ post wo shake and casein before bed). I just take a ****ton of food with me to work. Chicken breast w/ rice and olive oil in the fridge w/ some cottage cheese and a bag of carrots to snack on. In my desk I have wheat bread, peanut butter, oats, apples and bananas. Just throw a bunch of crap in with your books and eat while the professor is lecturing or whatever.

I haven't gained too much weight eating like this so far (~.75lbs in 2 wks) but I'm adding plates to my lifts this week so I def have some solid gaines. Only thing I've noticed is some extra water bloat at night, but it's gone by the AM. I think eating like this is actually recomping some fat to muscle as I'm bulking because I've seen a noticable increase in definition in abs, bis, quads, and lower pecs.
