Whats up AA so Im on a lean bulk and damn ive been gaining mass but some how my weight on the scale is down a pound ...
Im 5 foot 8 inches, 175 pounds, recently dropped to 174.
Im eating 3000 calories a day with a 40/40/20 split between macros.
Now my question is, on my rest days is it a good idea to lower my carbs to about 175 - 200. Usually I try and get around 280-300 g of carbs on lifting days but on rest days I feel like I dont need as much carbs because ill be more sedimentary. Is this a form of carb cycling? And if so is it a good idea while on a lean bulk?
Also ive been gaining mass , I can tell because I took before and after pics from just 3 weeks ago but my weight on the scale dropped a pound which is weird. Im guessing if im gaining mass and losing pounds its not a big deal ? That statement doesnt really make sense though.
