I have been feeling extremely exhausted lately, however Im still able to push past it for now to continue my lifts and cardio, but I just feel like Im not recovering and I just want to sleep.....all the time.
So I decided to go get a BCAA today instead of ordering one and waiting a few days, since I dont know if I can make it a few more days feeling the way that Im feeling right now.
I know that alot of the guys on here talk about the powder drink form and Im sure that gets into the system quicker but this place didnt have anything like that.

Anyhow this is the BCAA that I purchased.

Name: Bluebonnet amino acid capsules
Serving size: 4 capsules once daily
Calories 12
protein 3
L-Lysine 196mg
L-Histidine 39mg
L-Arginine 66mg
L-Aspartic Acid 224mg
L-Threonine 152mg
L-Serine 117mg
L-Proline 156mg
L-Alanine 116mg
L-Glycine 48mg
L-Glutamic Acid 396mg
L-Cystine 96mg
L-Methionine 49mg
L-Tyrosine 71mg
L-Phenylalanine 78mg

I personaly dont know a damn thing about BCAA's so thats why Im asking, this appears to be about a 30 day supply that I purchased, so when all said and done if you think that I need to switch brands or whatever just let me know, also if you can think of anything else that I should do to aid in my recovery that would be great.
I have a log of exercise and diet here: Invalid Link Removed
So hopefully this will help thanks and have a good one.

That is not a BCAA product. It is an AA product and BCAA are essential, which is why they are in there. Unless taken by themselves, BCAAs act as any other EAA. Take BCAA powder by itself in doses from 20-30g/day.

What is a good BCAA and where can I get it??

Rodja is right. You have an EAA product, which automatically includes BCAA. Most board sponsors (under section Supplement Store or the official Anabolicminds.com store) have bulk BCAA powder. Nutraplanet is having a FREE domestic shipping coupon which expires Feb 28. You may also like to check out Excell by Anabolic Innovations.

So should I even continue taking this product that I have or just throw it away?? And also will these BCAA's help me feel better as far as recovery goes?

I think you can continue to take what you have already purchased. The serving size (dosage) may be a bit low. It would not hurt for sure. BCAA is indeed supposed to help recovery, I heard. :head:
