Is this a good 1st Ostarine cycle?

This is my first ever cycle ever, I’ve done a lot of research and this is what I came up with.
Ostarine- 30mg/day for 6weeks
Arimistane- 25mg/ day (more or less if needed)
PCT- (start day after last Ostarine dose)- nolvadren XT by man sports.

Also, should I use Arimistane during my pct as well as nolvadren XT?

Please add or subtract anything, opinions are appreciated.
 
What are your goals for this cycle? And I know you've probably seen people say that Ostarine won't shut you down, but I would disagree.You should have an actual SERM for PCT
 
When I first learned about SARMS people told me I could get AAS results without the side effects and was told I didn't need any PCT. Right then I knew I would never use SARMS.
 
As SFreed says you need a serm (the pct you have is pointless), from what I’ve seen most say osta is suppressive (and certainly at 30mg for 6 weeks).

Not sure osta is your best bet for your goals by the way - I’ve not run it but most seem to suggest it’s better in a cut

Get clomid (run at 25/25/12.5/12.5) or nolva (run at 20/20/10/10) for pct if you run anything suppressive.

Obviously all this is based on you being over 25 (imo, lots say 21) - if your not then you’ll achieve those goals just eating and training properly.......

Yeah clomid or nolva is all you’d actually ‘need’.

However if funds allow many add in one, some or all of the following

- all in one natty test booster (m-test or alphamax are popular)
- reduce xt for cortisol control
- x gels
- mk677 (can be run for long spells and on cycle as well)

In pct your trying to restart your hpta ASAP and keep hold of anything you’ve gained. Clomid is proven, tried and tested way to get your balls bouncing again, the rest of the natty stuff is to give you a little boost to help push on (as obviously maintaining is tough when you’ve not got the gear helping).....

What, your age? Has everything to do with it.

And Whisky has you covered with your PCT. Ostarine is typically used to save muscle during a calorie deficit. Not saying you can't use it as you're intending, but I think there are better choices out there.

What's your age and training experience?
 
I’m 21, I’ve been training since I was 13. And I’m taking the Ostarine because it didn’t cost me anything (gift). So I figured why not, I’ve been training all natural. So why not give it a shot
 
At 21, I wouldn't mess with anything. Eat big, lift big, be big.

Yeah this op, unless your competing or something you’ve still got natural hormones in your favour.

Taking suppressive stuff at your age is just risking your natural test production way earlier than nature will do it.

I’d just save it for 4-5 years and keep training hard and eating big.

No one is trying to be a killjoy for you pal, just don’t wanna see you post here in 5 years about screwing up your test in your 20’s.

Honestly still say with your age osta won’t do anything that a good program and diet can’t.

Where are your lifts at?

Good numbers bro, you clearly know what your doing regarding training.

It’s your call obviously and you’ve got all the pct stuff above you’ll need but my final thought would simply be that osta (imho) you’ll just find it a bit sh!t.

Your lifts suggest you train hard and have a great base already so I just think messing with your hormones at 21 for little gain is just a bit pointless (even if it was free lol).
