Is there an ultimate workout that trumps all other workouts?

Hi Everyone,

Is there a perfect weight room workout for general health, strength, muscle mass, etc.?

I know, even the best workout would need to be modified as adaptations occur. Yet, what would be the best place to start?

I feel like we're all different and there is no perfect workout for all. After lifting for a decade you will begin to know your body so well that you will more than likely be able to know what's the best overall workout/training-program for you and your goals.

I'm not an expert or PT though. This is just what I know from my life and training using various programs over the years. Curious to see others' answers though...
