Is that right taking IGF1 POW is bad ?

I remember back in the day everyone was saying you should take IGF1 post workout but nowdays they say post workout is not the best time to take IGF1 because it messes with MGF and GH ?

Any new update debating the best time to inject IGF1 ? Any new updates on IM or Subq ?
 
either or is still fine bro; won't make a world of difference, I would personally stick to subQ
 
There are IGF receptors in all types of muscle tissue, most of which are in smooth muscle, such as the intestines. Pinning the IGF in trained muscles increases our chances of the IGF acting where we pin it, however small the amount. A few hours PWO is best...
