Its unhealthy. I push really hard in the gym too, sometimes I overtrain, sometimes i'm taking a shyt load of supplements, Sometimes I'm taking a shyt, but i don't get lightheaded to the point that i feel like i may pass out. When ever you feel dizzy to the point your going to pass out, somethings wrong. Heavy weights and dizziness aren't a good combination. Whats your work out like, how many hours you spending in the gym? Taking any Supps? Eating right?

im fine during the work out so im not worried i will drop the weight thank god. im taking m-drol and rpm. thats it right now. I thought the m-drol would be it but haven't heard of this being a side effect of that from any friends who have used it. i usually only spend an hour to an hour and a half. Now that i think about it, it usually happens on leg days so im guessing it has something to do with blood rushing down.

It happens to me when i finish a set if im on any kind of upper. I always check my heart rate between sets and let your rate come down before starting again.

Make sure your eating enough as well... Are you taking any supps?

prob not getting enough food in. I get light headed and feel like i'm going to pass out if i workout on an empty stomach or don't get enough carbs in that morning

In my case i think it has to do with blood pressure and breathing...

TX RPM is an NO product correct? That could have an affect on your blood pressure. Try it without...

It could be a lot of things,BP,sleep apnea, over exertion, maybe more rest between sets would help. JMO

Breathe during sets, drink fluids all day,.. water mostly!!!
From time to time if I stand up quickly, I will get lightheaded, however if this continues, you may want to get that checked out. Good luck!
