1. Is the Single Leg Romanian Deadlift the best thing for people who sit too much? Any scientific info on results?
2. Like many office workers, I sit too much.
My whole life, the forward-leaning neck, tight hip flexors, tight hamstrings, weak glutes.
3. Logically, it would seem that activating the glues, lengthening and activating the hamstrings, squeezing the glutes to get the core going, etc. would be great.
4. Any scientific opinion?
