Is Retain safe for women?

Is retain safe for women? I asked this somewhere already but some people may not know what BAET is. No responses to that post. Thanks in advance.

I have seen many women use Retain with great success and no side effects, BUT....the label on the bottle does state that it is not recommended for women or those under 18.
