I'm going to start lgd, 10mg a day for 6 weeks, I'm on trt 1000mg test undecanoate due to low test every 10 weeks, is a pct necessary for the lgd, I'm running pure cycle support along side the lgd to be safe, any info would be helpful.

No, you don't need pct on trt. You need to up your AI while blasting though. Then you can go right back to your trt dose

How much of the AI are you using now?

When you say 1000mg of test every 10 weeks, you mean 100mg a week, right? Because one huge shot every 10 weeks would be a terrible idea.

I get a 4 ml injection from the doctors every 10 weeks for trt, it has 1000mg of test undecanoate, with 3ml of surgical oil and slowly absorbs into the body over the 10 weeks, it's on prescription, I'm from the uk.

Wow, I've never heard of that protocol. Have you had any labs since you started that? I'd be interested to know how well it worked for you.

You definitely need an AI when on TRT, man. But with less frequent injections, I'm not sure what the dosing would be like. You might want to ask your doctor about it.

When you put testosterone and other AAS's in your body, they undergo a process called aromatization. This is where they are converted into estrogen. High estrogen can cause a lot of negative side effects, and you could end up feeling just as bad as you felt when your T was low.

No labs yet, but feel fine, i Don't think the FDA have approved it yet in the US, any suggestions for a good AI?

It kicks in very smoothly, no ups and downs, it's very common for trt medication in the uk, either that or sustanon 250 injections every 2 weeks which can be a bit up and down.

You guys do realize what testosterone undecanoate is, right? It's gonna be the new TRT since it has such a huge half life

It already is in Europe. I have to argue with my doctor in order not to put me into this protocol. Nebido is the name of the drug

I don't know if I see TRT clinics in the US going for this. A shot every 10 weeks? Sounds like less potential for profit for them.

I was told by my doctor the shot costs our NHS about £80, or about 110 dollars, in England we pay about a tenth of that for a prescription, so it's very cost affective compared to the other treatments

I'm a believer in PCT after a PH or AAS cycle, and yes I'm on TRT. I use PCT products for the organ cleansing benefits, lipid profile benefits, and to allow some natural test boosting while running a moderate TRT dosage. I'm also a major proponent of donating blood after cycles and frequently do it while on TRT for dumping excess red blood cells. Never tried LGD but have some on hand, I'm pretty estro sensitive so I'd like to hear your results from its use.

No PCT required and your ai dose should come from the doctor who has you on TRT, if it's needed at all, which would only be determined through bloodwork.

If you just started TRT and have not been sent for bloodwork yet than don't play with LGD or anything else until you have a baseline setup with your doctor and are familiar with what "normal" numbers are for YOU.
