Is my PCT adequate?

I am looking to do my first cycle of Helladrol and would like to get some opinions on my PCT. Also I am debating wether to go lean xtreme or Erase (what would be the best?). Please comment if you have any suggestions.

2 weeks prior
• Fish oil
• Multivitamin
• Cycle support

On cycle
• Fish oil
• Multivitamin
• Cycle support
• H drol 50/50/75/75/75


Post Cycle
• Fish oil
• Multivitamin
• Cycle support
• D-Aspartic Acid
• Lean Xtreme or Erase
• Nolv 20/20/10/10
 
go with both bro.

run the lean xtream starting the last week of the cycle, 3 weeks of pct, then on the 4th week of pct, drop the serm down 1/2 dose, and start the erase at 1-2 caps e/d.

but I'd suggest reduce xt, or supress c or 7-spray for cortisol control instead.

reduce xt is used for 4 weeks after the H-Drol cycle, right? I am thinking about doing the same cycle. To OP, if you could pm where you got the nolvadex.
