Is My German Pharma Epi Legit?

I got 2 bottles of epi 20 by German Pharmaceuticals from someone but the clear seal looks not right to me for some reason. It looks like there's a additional piece of plastic attached to the area with the marking where you tear from. Can anyone who has used German Pharma product confirm that the clear seal are suppose to look like that?

So you also have like a additional layer of plastic between the cut out lines? Usually the seal for all my other ph are perfectly smooth all around the clear seal there's no extra layer feeling or anything. This is the first time I seen a seal looking like this.

Also did yours have a expiration date on it somewhere because I don't see one on mine.
