need some advice on if adding beast creature creatine and animal m stak to my diet would be worth it I'm not taking anything right now any advice on it or something better would be appreciated guys

yea I'm reading on it now defiantly looks like it yal believe the animal m stak is good? I tried it like 3 years ago and thought it was great

really trying to put on some mass while not turning into a meatball lol and doubling my body weight on the bench I'm construction worker with a family of four to feed so I gotta make sure when I spend money I'm getting the bang for my buck haha

Animal makes some solid products, I e personally never had the m stack but I've heard some good things about it and at the price point it's lower than one of my other suggestions (anabeta elite), but you saying you enjoyed it and it worked well for you I'd say why not run it again. The other thing to look into is alphamax

No problem man, when you get ready to buy check out the ergonine thread. There's a coupon code lurking around in there

ok cool cause I just messaged one of there reps asking for sales or there next giveaways I gave them your name telling them recommended me to it maybe well both get a hook up lol

Haha maybe so. Even without a sale or anything the price is ridiculous for what you get and the recovery is amazing. It's a supplement I believe everyone should get because it will support any goal

Creatine should be a staple but there are way cheaper and just as effective alternatives. I take 5gm a day pre workout.

True i think at NP you can buy 1.2 kilos of creatine monohydrate for 19.99 plus shipping. 1.2 kilos should last over a year

Yeah creatine certainly needs to be in there one way or another! I just like to recommend e9 as the source because of the other 8 ingredients.

Saw your message! Appreciate the support guys

Ergonine as stated, is all your staple ingredients in 1 scoop, use Driven as a coupon code and that's less than $1 a day :)

For your goal all you need to focus on is #1
Diet

and caloric surplus

Philosophies, Macro intake, training , and cardio articles for you to understand and help set up what you need to do before moving forward towards more supplements or advanced workout routines.

do you have your essentials covered?

A good Whey (PES, Scivation, Animal Whey, MT Platinum, Blue Star Whey Smooth / Iso-Smooth)
A Good Creatine at 3-5g on workout days no need to load or cycle (Universal, ON, Allmax, primaforce)
A Good Fishoil at 2-3g EPA/DHA Daily like OxiOmega
A good Multi such as Orange Triad or Animal Pak

Those are what you should get first and foremost ^^^

I would not consider anything else until those are covered and diet is in check you need to control your surplus to make slow and steady gains.

I'm gunna read up on the links you sent thank you and Iv got all of them except protein it get mine straight from food intake
