hey guys i'm new here. I am 6'0 and i've been working out for 6 months straight. I'm really getting into and got a pretty good routine that i've been doing an adding more onto. Now I eat chicken and tuna, but also drink this protien shake I bought. GNC WheyProtien. It says to take only 3 servings a day, each serving consists of about 21 grams of protien. So I was curious...
Would it be a bad then to drink more then it says?? maybe four or five?
I'm trying to gain alot of size, and be healthy. though I was curious if ths was alright..Anyways thanks for reading I appreciate it !!
