Is it bad to rub/massage injection sites?

I recently came across a reading that said post injection massaging or rubbing can somehow cause the ester delivery to malfunction in test cypionate/enanthate and result in a much quicker peak and decline in blood levels. Is there any validity to this? I find it very hard to believe, but am still slightly concerned after reading

People need to stop reading into stuff way too much it will only add unwanted stress to the equation.

Makes sense to me.....that rubbing the injection site would increase the speed of absorbtion.....although my friends have told me that it helps to reduce pain

Not.stupid,.just pointing out mistakes.that slowed down.my.progression. Micromanaging hormones and.health was one of them..
