Is IGF-1 LR3 actually IGF-1?

I keep doing research, and while some people claim it is the real deal, others claim that it is nothing like IGF-1. What is the general consensus here? Also another question. Would pharma-grade IGF-1 need to be injected at the site, or would it be similar to IGF-1 LR3 injections which circulate throughout the whole body?

Both need to be site injected. It's legit if you have a legit source but most places carry bunk stuff.
