Is Hexadrone legal

I have seen some sites selling and claiming Hexadrone is a legal prohormone, while others say it is an illegal steroid. I researched it, but couldn't get a definitive answer to the question as it is a relatively new compound. Figured someone here would know?
 
Seems funny . But I’m being dead serious. What’s the difference banned vs illegal ? Illegal to sell, not banned to have ? It’s a tad confusing
 
If you are just buying a little for personal consumption I would not worry about it. If you were a distributor though you might get the attention of law enforcement. Might. There are plenty that have been selling prohormones on Ebay ever since the ban in 2014.
