Is hair loss from S23 permanent?

Been running S23 at 30 mg for about 4 weeks now. I was aware some users have experienced hair loss from this Sarm. I ran it under the assumption going in if this is to occur it would be gradual, thus I could cut it off before any serious loss occurred. Today when I looked I’m the mirror I have about a one square inch patch of hair missing on the back of my head. I have stopped the compound and will not be running it again. Has anybody here run S23 and had hair loss from it? If so, did it regrow after the compound was ceased?
 
Hard to say. SARMS Are relatively new. I’m prone to make pattern baldness and the hair loss I experienced from steroids was permanent. Google RU hair loss. RU is the best defense you have against hair loss. Can’t remember if it’s ru58841 or RU 48851. Something like that.

Thanks. It is just odd how the pattern occurred. I do have male pattern thinning in the back, but it was so sudden and only a patch underneath the spot where I was already thinning. Gonna go get a buzz tomorrow or Saturday so hopefully it won’t be as pronounced as it is now.
 
If you're predisposed to MPB it doesn't look good in regards to regrowing your hair. Steroids will accerate the inevitable. I've known others to regrow their hair post drug use but then they were not prone to hair loss.

Yes I am, but only hair loss caused by DHT is permanent so if the Sarm doesn’t convert to DHT and the loss is just a result of a chemical reaction to the drug there is a chance it will grow back. Steroids, unlike Sarms, often convert to DHT which is what causes the permanent loss.

Just wanted to update this thread for anyone who is thinking of running S23 to know what to possibly expect if they get hair shedding.. After 2 and a half weeks post cycle my patch of hair grew back! Also, after I added Rogaine after losing the patch of hair I experienced no further hair losses from the S23 for the rest of the cycle. I had a feeling there was a good chance the patch would grow back because the bald patch spot was not located in a location where typical male pattern balding occurs.
 
Rogaine grew mine back. ****ing epistane. Now it’s thinning again on its own. Not nearly the same as with epistane. I had a damn bald spot! Turning into George Costanza was not on my list of to do.
 
I hear you brother. I looked like a moron cause it was a patch missing in like the middle of hair so it really stuck out unlike my male thinning spot which isn’t as noticeable since it on the back top of my head and there is at least some hair present. Also, after I lost the patch I freaked out and began applying Rogaine all over my head (not just where I lost it) and suffered a chemical burn to my skin near the bottom back of my hair above the neck line from doing so that is finally slowly going away after 3 weeks of stopping usage. Was the Epistane hair loss a missing patch I’m the middle of nowhere like mine or was it at least in the male pattern balding area?
