Is H drol any good?

I ran 2 cycles of rpn havoc and got nothing from either one. I want to try h drol now. Would it work for me?

Read a lot of non responders to rpn havoc. Idk why. But personally I had a great run with hdrol. A few lbms that I kept and strength skyrocketed
 
You won't notice much until week 3 though. That's why id suggest giving it a 6 week run
 
You need a SERM don't take any chances.

If nothing else 20/20/10/10 seems to b the standard but some run it at 40/40/20/20 it's a big debate lol
