has anyone had any luck using forskolin to lose BF?Im starting to hear you need to stack with e/c to get any results? comments-

I havent used it stand alone but as part of the USP Camphibolic product its seems to work pretty well.

Its not a stim and its not going to shred you in a week but certainly on camp i experience a steady ongoing recomp, many others have observed the same.

I think there was thread around about a beta product using TTA, GT and Camp, i forget... a search should through it up, some studies there as well i think.

I'm not sure how good it is but the two fatburners I found most effective for me had that ingredient in it.

The Beta is from CNW and it works pretty well. Forskholi does work well as a long term body recomp agent. It is somewhat subtle, but all of the fat burning and health benefits make it worth it for me.

I don't think forskolin is complete bunk but it works best in overweight or obese people where lipolysis is either a rate-limiting factor or they have a problem with HSL and so its effects in lean people can be limited. I think Matt's beta product should be good in theory though.

USP's Camphobolic works well. Like Bioman said its subtle, but if you're diet is locked down and you're in a deficit, it will help you shed fat and retain muscle.

It's also kinda hard to find your sweet spot in regards to dosing. Too much and you'll have the summer reruns, too little..no effect.
