Is estrogen needed for bulking??

Hi guys,

I have read estrogen improves gh levels and many people say it helps gains.

If you were to bulk with 0 estrogen, would gains be halfed? or maybe only get 1/10th of the muscle?

- I'm just really interested as to how neccessary estrogen is
 
Yes that is why people say do not run an e blocker on cycle unless you are gyno prone and or when you see signs of estrogen sides..yes you need estro and too little will inhibit gains some
