update day 16: overall weight is up 4 lbs since start of cycle. also my strength is much higher on all lifts. also i think my bodyfat has gone from like 20% to 15% over the last 48 hours since i started t3 and ephedrine. also im never hungry on this shiit and getting shredded, gunna be a bitch magnet in 6 weeks. also 0 sides.

i stepped in to see whats up, after going back one page, i remembered why i stopped looking at this thread.

over 2 weeks, up only 4lbs, bf down, but still ree donkulously high. sigh, this cant be real.

Well, he said he was up 9 pounds a few days ago then decided to take the T3 and Ephedrine early and said he dropped 5% BF overnight and is up 4 pounds. It's getting ridiculous.
 
i like posting like an idiot to make u guys rage haha. idk about my bodyfat. i was up 9 lbs in about 2 weeks. since starting the t3 and ephedrine im down 5 lbs in 2 days, im sure most of it is water.

I remember the OP saying he had teflon coated organs at some point. I can totally relate, I have teflon coated cookware. Those pans were great when I first got them, but now for some reason when ever I try and make scrambled eggs the f*ckers always stick to the sh*t!

also idk if this is a side effect but for the past month or 2 i havent been able to sleep well, like ill sleep 6 hours a night i mean i feel fine but im still like use to sleeping 8-9 in the past. since starting t3 and ephedrine ive slept like 8.5 hours a night the past 2 nights..

What they don't tell you is that you cannot exceed 'Medium' heat range to maintain safety and integrity of just about any teflon. Otherwise you're eating the teflon in your food. That's also why they aren't usually dishwasher safe because the teflon comes off easily.
