I’ve heard so much good and bad but all from google so I’m curious what y’all have to say.
I’m looking for supplements to add that will give me energy, help me recover, and help me put on muscle mass. I’m not looking to get shredded yet I just want bulk mass and plan to cut after I have put on maybe 20 pounds or more
is creatine gonna help with muscle mass signifigantly? Is it worth the possible side effects I’ve heard about (kidney stones, etc)?
