Is Corn Syrup Bad for you?

I know High Fructose Corn Syrup is bad for you.. but is regular corn syrup bad for you too?? It's kind of tough finding ketchup without high fructose.. all I could find was one with just corn syrup and it said "100% natural"

Corn syrup = bad. Ketchup is for sissys anyway. Get some hotsauce.

Fructose, whether or not it's "high", is considered to be one of the worst sugars in terms of glycation. It's not great on the glycemic index either.

well that sucks.. so much for that ketchup.. back to the drawing board.. I try so hard to avoid the stuff.. it's nearly impossible..
