is coffee ok on cycle?

I'm very stimulant sensitive normally, and prone to high bp when I cycle, so on cycle I usually keep it to one cup of coffee in the mornings and Hemavol preworkout. Works well for me.

I'm currently running my first cycle (hdrol) and have eliminated coffee just to make sure I dont elevate my BP...is this not necessary?

Not for most people. But if coffee/caffeine bothers you than eliminate it. I for one can't live without it

Honestly prob not, like the other guy said, for most people that would be unnecessary. However everyone is different so there's no real rule of thumb. I tend to check my BP every couple of days/1-2 times a week on cycle just cause I've had issues in the past and like to monitor it to be safe. If you want to add back in coffee/other stimulants but are afraid of the raised BP then I'd suggest to add them in slowly and monitor your BP. My personal opinion is that you'd prob be fine as long as you don't go overboard and drink 10 pots a day but since it's your first cycle you're prob nervous anyway so my advice would be to make any changes slowly and in small increments and pay attention to your body. IMO it's not really a big deal, but for ME it is a big deal so that's just the way I do it.
 
Thanks guys.. the reason i was asking is cause i too have high bp. I am on cycle assist daily now so i monitor my bp and it looks like it is staying within normal range so I guess coffee is fine for me.
