Is Andrenosterone (11-oxo, 11-x, 11-lean, XI-KT) banned?

All of my supplier sites are still out of stock, not sure what's going on? I didn't see it on the DASCA ban, snyone know what's up with it?
 
11-OXO is a prohormone, but 11-KT is a hormone found in nature/food system in fish, so essentially it should be dhea approved.

The wording of the law passed however, prevents any marketing of hormones and manufactures aren't trying to have any part of It any more. Everyone's scared, or still trying to workout loopholes
