I've been eating in a caloric surplus, so I didn't expect to. On the other hand, I don't think I've gained any either.

It seems to almost immediately blunt appetite.

You feel full based on stomach volume. So if you eat a huge shake, and a bowl of vegetables, you might feel completely full as the leptin is released.

for the guy who has been on this for 2 months, where did you buy? I can only find the life extension product, which at recommended dosage is far-less than what the studies used.

Both my partner and I have used it for 1.5 months and neither her or I have seen much-does not kill my appetite.

I also had blood work and saw nothing of note in terms of cholesterol- but then my values were good to begin with.

I disagree. While it's expensive, it will kill your appetite but only IF you eat something with it that fills a reasonable volume in your stomach.
