Nice! In for the reviews!

Ok started the max pump extreme yesterday. Had a great workout. Used one scoop and about 12-14 oz of water. May have been to much .. will adjust today with about 10oz of water and see how strong the taste is with less water. there was a watermelon taste but not real strong. But it tasted like a tea to me. It was very good. I really enjoyed it.. had a great smell. Nice pump, clean energy lasted for quite a few hrs, I really felt good.. No crash at all. No shakiness or jittery feeling. The focus and awareness was really nice . When you mix this it even looks like a tea. Will keep this updated also took one epi Andro earlier. Will start the stack in the morning. Was a busy day left the lean AF at home. My bad everyone.. I work swing shift. Wanted to wait til I was back on day shift. But wanted to get this started. 3p-3a is my schedule for the week...update later..

Dang those hours are crazy.lol. Good clean focus without the jitters. I like that.
Ok so while at work I have some heavy duty bands and try and get in between 4-5 miles of walking and jogging a night.
Tonight I've done about 3mi so far. Done some back.
pulldowns behind the back
Rows
On arm lawnmowers
Close grip pulldowns palms in facing body
Pulldown to my chest. Wide grip

I do have a torn left labrum and bicep.
So everything is done slow and strict.
Lots of reps. Try and keep 15 reps at all time.
When I'm at work I have some different workouts I can do. This shift sucks. So mainly body and band work.
The pre-workout I'm telling ya.. I'm not a big tea drinker. But I really love this flavor combo!!! Taste is pretty amazing if you ask me.
Again I don't normally drink tea. I stick to mainly water.. last time I had tea was half lemonade half tea about 3months ago.
Plenty of solid energy during and after this workout. Again. No caffeine crazy feeling or jittery feeling .. I'm feeling really good and still full of energy. Finished maximum pump a few hrs ago. One scoop only less water is best for flavor... Update more in a bit.

Mace. what do you do for work???
I work in manufacturing. Although I do mechanical, some electrical, I load railcars( can drive a small engine ) and often times labor. Like a real knuckle head I was trying to move a 2300lb+ sack on a broken pallet with a hand jack one wheel seized up... Which I ended up doing after some straining and manipulation... And moved it to another building while pulling it with th same hand jack. Live and learn I guess...

I'm just tired of being injured . 2019 had surgery for a right torn rotator and torn bicep. Had to do a bicep tenodesis and rotator repair. Was a long rough recovery. But I don't want to complain... Can't change what happened waiting for court should be WC injury. Still working since the injury in Nov of 2020.

I hear that buddy. Im actually on a mission to be the healthiest ive ever been. Ive had several injuries last few years that were huge setbacks. I decided to rehab. and lay off the weights .Once i was healthy again, i began running and body weights. just recently got back into weights and i feel really good everywhere. Nothing hurts, so i think im in the right direction.

Happy to hear your healthy and Injury free. Definitely sounds like your on the right path to achieve your goals and stay healthy. I've always like to run and do a variety of bodyweight and band exercises. Since I'm at work so much I try and use some of my time hear to incorporate them as often as I can..
Thanks for sharing.
