Hello fellow cheaters. I'm getting in 2 bottles of tren-stane by ironflex labs tomorrow, alongside some clenbuterol and nolva for a proper PCT this time around. I did a six week cycle of moderately dosed epistane (havoc) in february, and got great results. My PCT wasn't up to par though because I hadn't really planned that far ahead, and ended up getting some mild gyno that eventually went away for the most part, and acted like a whiney @sshole for a few weeks because of what I'm guessing was a hormone imbalance since I ran out of Nolva.

anyhoo, I have 2 bottles of nolva which I plan on using correctly, 2 bottles of trenstane (90 caps per bottle Estra-4,9,11-triene-3 and 17-dione 10mg
2a, 3-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol 10mg each cap) So for the unfamiliar, that's 10mg of epistane and 10 mg of what's called trenavar, trendione, or just simply tren. As I understand it, trenavar is a true prohormone. Meaning that it metabolizes into real trenbolone. So this should be fun.

Last cycle I was injured and was unable to squat or use legs at all so I was screwed in that area, however I got way bigger and much stronger afterwards. Almost 8 months later, I kept all of the strength I had gained. I did lose some size afterwards because of my pct goof but I gained it back and am a little bigger. I let my diet go badly after the cycle because of some depression issues and gained a lot of fat (like too much), and I plan to rectify that now. I got a bottle of clenbuterol, 200mcg per mL in a 30mL bottle and I will be taking advantage of it.

I'm a beginner with clen, so that's going to be where I'll need help.

I'm dosing the trenstane at 40-40-40-40-40-40 straight on like that. I may do 10-20-30-40 the first few days but I plan on just going in and maintaining that dose until maybe the end when i pump it up depending on how much I have left. I have a cycle support.

What would you guys recommend with the clen? I'm on the fence about making this a cutting or bulking cycle because of the shape I'm in right now. I work out 4 times a week (every other day) and plan to maintain that frequency throughout the cycle. Not on any particular split, I just make sure I hit every muscle group at least three times a week aside from legs which I hit twice a week.'

I had a full lateral menisectomy in July for a horribly torn meniscus so I'm back in action for squats. I'm up to 225 so far in 2 months after being away from them for a year, so I look forward to that strength and size returning.

Pull down: 290 (maxed out machine for reps last cycle, have since moved to more natural feeling pull ups)
Bench press: 365, same as last cycle
Squat: 225, haven't tried to go heavier since my surgery.
Dead lift: 485
Single arm curl: 65
Pull-ups: 20
Chin ups: 25
overhead press: 135
Straight arm pull down: 190

body weight: 285
bf%: too damn high ;)

How should I dose clen? Does 40x6 seem good for dosing on the tren-stane? If anyone else has used this product, let me know how it turned out. First actual post will be in two days after I've taken it for a full day.

Just took my first 30mg. Starting if at 30mg for the first few days then going up to the solid 40. I'll update if I feel anything. Should be interesting to see how much more effective this is with the tren added. Still researching clen and dosages. Don't want to step into it without 100% knowledge.
 
Took 60mcg of clen this morning. Sweating and body temp is a little high but i"m good. 40 mg of tstane now, keeping it steady for 6 weeks. Just got a tattoo, so debating whether or not to work out tomorrow. It's still early as heck but no sides other than feeling a little wired.
 
Alright, been a few days. Same as last cycle I'm immediately a little stronger, although this may be the placebo effect. My endurance rep wise is up and that's not the placebo effect. I have puffy nipples which is cause for concern so early on. I don't plan on stopping, but I may low-dose nolva or buy an aromatase inhibitor. Another training session tomorrow after class. I'll update then.
 
Gaining muscle already, it's noticeable early on like last cycle. But I'm gaining A LOT of fat too. I must be reacting by producing more estrogen which is weird since epi is in this cycle.
 
Starting to lean out. Another workout today, legs chest and triceps, maybe I'll throw some abs in who knows. Still fluffy, I need to hop on keto and drop some of this fat but I'm not sure if I want this to be a cutting cycle.

Still maintaining 40mg (40mg tren and 40mg epi) and it's fine but I may increase to 50. Nipple puff is down. May have just been an initial estrogen reaction. This is exactly what happened last time. Not really feeling lethargic or anything. Nothing actually. Back width is up again. Growing noticeably. It'll probably slow down a few weeks in like usual.

On 100mcg of tren now. Not feeling any real detrimental sides. A little bit of a tremble but oddly less shakes than at 40mcg. I plan on going up until I can't handle it and stopping for 2 weeks. Then I'll do another 2 and save the rest for PCT.

I'll update with weights and progress in the gym after this workout.

Side effects: sides of ankles cramping/ burning when I walk, thirsty constantly, sweating like a pig, lack of appetite, some shakes. I'm also swinging between hot and cold randomly. Weight is now 293.

If anyone has any tips or questions just let me know.
 
Workout was insane. Up 20lbs for my 8 rep set bench press. Over head press is the same. Squat is the same but I haven't tried going heavier, surgery rehab and all that. Decided to go two more weeks at 4 capsules a day, then bump up to five for the last two weeks. This should be a fun 5 weeks. Next workout is deadlifts on Saturday. So that should be nice to work on. Living on a diet of eggs and steamed vegetables for a little while, broke student and what not but it should be good for cutting down.
 
Yesterday's workout was best yet. I find that I can stay in the gym for hours longer on cycle. Arms growing larger daily. Still at 292 but trying my best to fix that. Urine is especially yellow... I'm not dehydrated so that's peculiar. Been keeping macros at 10% carbs 50% protein and 40% fats. Not that I'm trying to hit keto yet, carbs just make me sick and nauseous when I eat them. To hit keto I typically don't eat any. Did 45 minutes of cardio. Starting cardio sessions again to try and burn off some fat.

Haven't tried maxing out my weights yet, but that will be next workout. I'll log it as always. Any comments or questions I'm here.
 
halting the use of the clen for now. After cycle I'm cutting and I think it will be more useful then.

I'm noticing that I'm more sore on cycle. I think this is because my workouts are way more intense. However, getting out of breath walking from class to class at my university is not enjoyable. I'm not a marathon runner, and I've gained around 30 pounds since may, but there's no reason that after years of working out I should be out of breath walking. So that's weird. Keeping at 4 caps a day. Seems like I get the best results and least sides around 40mg (40 mg of course meaning 40mg of epistane and 40mg of tren). I may up it to 50mg in the last week but who knows. My reaction this cycle isn't as dramatic as it was last cycle. I'm still growing very rapidly and noticably, but before I ballooned in size, and I dropped lots of fat while doing it and not trying to cut. This cycle, I'm gaining a tiny bit less muscle and not losing any fat as far as I can tell. Maybe even gaining some. Which is troublesome. I've fluctuated somewhere between 28 and 35% body fat in the past two months. I was at around 25% prior to that. I don't know what happened. I went from 335ish to 268 in about 6 months and then what I was doing to lose al of that weight stopped working.
 
Weight at 296. Had to take a few days off because I hurt my wrist. Back to training today.

NOSEBLEEDS ARE BACK. Haven't had a nosebleed since last cycle, and I just had a vicious one. Definitely cycle related. Upping cycle support and hoping for the best.

Getting bigger.

Current side effects include: puffy nipple/ breast area, bloody nose episodes, headaches, unusually yellow urine, fat gain, and upper back pain.
 
Workout yesterday still good. 20lbs up on bench press. Couldn't hit legs because of the massive crowd at the gym. Upper body weight is all up, and back width is as well.

The nose bleeds are annoying. My blood pressure is fine. 127/80 according to my home monitor. So I'm not sure why this happens. My last cycle had the same issue and my blood pressure was fine.
 
This was kind of a fail of a thread, but I'm gonna go over how it's been.


I've stayed at four capsules a day (2 in morning, 2 at night) this whole time. I have gained so much fat, it's ridiculous. However, I've also gained a lot of muscle. My strength is through the roof. My bench press is 40lbs above what it was max before I started, my deadlift is 90lbs above what it was before, and my squat is like 70-80lbs above what it was before depending on how I'm feeling. All other minor lifts have followed the same trend. I did not grow as much this cycle as I did with my first 6 week of just epistane. Not sure why, since this is 2 drugs in one. Maybe I did, but I can't tell because of the fat gain who knows. Anyways, my weight is 297. I'm up 29 pounds since July. I fell off the wagon and went back to how my diet used to be (carbs, sugar, crap). Since then, nothing I try seems to work. There's always something wrong with my macros or calories that stops me from losing the weight. My body fat percentage is 36% as of today.


The aggression is a big deal this time. I was just sitting here earlier thinking about something that only irritated me in a minor way and it just stewed over until I was steaming mad and I had to stop myself and realize that it was the hormones making me angry. This is AWESOME for the gym. Not so awesome for my home life. I'm not all sad and depressed like last time, but I am a bit less motivated to do school work and regular work. All I feel like doing is going to the gym.
Sides: 7/10 gyno, 9/10 aggression, 10/10 fat gain, 6/10 testicular atrophy, 4/10 apathy. Gains are a 7/10.

I stopp d the clen, saving for an after cycle cut. I started taking some nolva to halt the gyno. Worked as far as I can tell, but for some reason seems make me even more aggressive. I'm going to go workout now. I've spent all day mad for no reason, and I pumped myself up on YouTube videos. This should be good.
