Just gotta be creative next time (I sat my phone sideways on an adjustable bench). I also have one other video floating around of me doing bent over barbell rows. I filmed it by sitting my phone on top of a 10 on a weight rack.Its hard when you lift alone. Im not sure if i could video tape my self on the bench. For my weight and size its my best lift. I used to be all upper body. My legs are getting better but 435lb squat at 220 lbs isnt very impressive. Even if it is below parallel
