My best curl is around 155lbs. Straight bar. **** is rowdy no lie. Few can do 185lbs your failed attempt is quite respectable.

Damn lol I tried. I almost had it!!! I could prob do 150-160 but Damn... I even tried deadliftin for my first time and pulled up 405 a few times but no strap. Kinda was rough

Thanks a lot, kBrown!! This was a very cool promo, and I'm perplexed by the lack of entries. IMO a better comp than doing dips and pullups (though that was a cool one as well).

Its hard when you lift alone. Im not sure if i could video tape my self on the bench. For my weight and size its my best lift. I used to be all upper body. My legs are getting better but 435lb squat at 220 lbs isnt very impressive. Even if it is below parallel

Just gotta be creative next time (I sat my phone sideways on an adjustable bench). I also have one other video floating around of me doing bent over barbell rows. I filmed it by sitting my phone on top of a 10 on a weight rack.

I think from these suggestions you must know I do have a deathwish for my phone =p

Ive dropped my phone off the top of a c17. Thats somewhere in the ball park of 20 feet. Stupid thing wont break and i really need an excuse to buy a new one.

Ok guys today I try curling 210lbs and 170lbs but failed...I tried doing these curls at the end of my workout so I think I used all my energy that's why I couldn't do it...but I'm pretty sure I can do this...I'm gonna try again but this time I will try this first thing...it felt really light and for being 164lbs I think it's pretty impressive...I'm gonna try tomorrow...fack yea I can do it!!
