I rarely run logs on PH and Designer sites because I use AAS non stop but I really want to run AndroHard for the mood, energy and libido boost. Typically I would use Winny or Mast for this but I'm super curious about AndroHard. AndroHard is 50/50 R-Andro and Epi-Andro. Looks like 3 pumps is 1 ML but that was just eyeballing it.
CYCLE
I'm using Testosterone Cypionate at 400-600 mg weekly, 5 iu rHGH daily, 50 mcg's T4 daily. I used 8 pumps of AndroHard tonight after training arms. I applied the AndroHard on my upper arms. 4 Pumps on each side. I will feel things out as I go and possibly increase this amount.
STATS
6'1" 261 LBS with barely visible abs so maybe 18% body fat
DIET
Coffee and coconut oil upon waking, 50 gram shake then an hour later 1/2 cup oats with 1 TBS peanut butter
Lunch is either 7 oz chicken and 1 cup rice or sometimes beef.
Before training is one apple and a 50 gram shake
Dinner is almost always beef and potatoe with some veggies + 1-2 beers
Before bed another 50 gram shake
Once a week I eat a cheat dinner and a cheat lunch so something like a cheeseburger, fries and a coke.

4 day split
Sun - Rest
Mon - Chest and shoulders
Tues - Back
Wed - Rest and cheat dinner
Thurs - Arms
Fri - Rest and cheat lunch
Sat - Legs
