HPTA is a great product. I used it recently and hit all new PR's and added size while leaning out a bit. I didn't do any cardio, therefore I did not lean out as much as others might. It's definitely a product that works.

I'm glad you asked. Psyched is excellent. I like that it's capsules. I think it's some of the best pwo going. I use 2 or 3 capsules. Great information on HPTA/Volume stack. I have heard lots of great feedback on it. Have you tried the pwo Psyched? I really like it and it's capsules. You can get it now for $9.99 for a 30 day supply. That's a pretty good deal to me :)

I went up to 9 a day and liked that best, obviously the bottle won't last long at that dose. I say yes 6 a day you will see improved results.
