ipamorelin peptide for appetite suppresion?

I'm curious about trying out cutting peptides, one of the options is ipamorelin, as suggested by many people. This peptide however increases grehlin, which is the feel hungry hormone. Seems odd to me that so many people report appetite supression when their grehlin levels are rising?
