Iodine: Eating seafood and taking a multi

So the protein in about half of my meals are seafood (~300g a day), namely mussels and shrimp. I’ve been taking a multi each day containing 100% of your RDA for iodine and I was wondering whether or not the combination is cause for concern as the mussels and shrimp contain some iodine. What do you guys think?

How much do you weigh? Half of your meals are seafood and it’s around 300g of protein. So your eating 600g of protein total?

I meant 300g of seafood which would be ~60g of protein. I also have some eggs a little whey with those meals.
Why 300g? Because the packs of cooked seafood I buy have 150g per pack

I weigh ~71kg, so about 155lbs
 
In my old one yeah. I’ve switched to a new one but I’d still like to know for future reference
Then no problem. RDA is just a barely functioning ammount( rda for vit c is 80mg!!!). Im taking about 300 mg of iodine from multi vitamin/minerals plus from food, does not cause any problem, sporting pepole always have higher needs.
