Weight 280lbs...Yeah im that fat
Diet: I try to stick to something like this..but not usually that good...but im trying
meal 1: oats or some type of good cereal
meal 2: um some fruit or like a oat bar
meal 3: usually some sub-way chicken sub on weat
meal 4: protien bar
meal 5: some type of chicken, steak, or pork. Usually with some greens and bread.
meal 6: a little fruit...usually pineapple..i love that stuff. haha
 
ok i last wednesday i took my first 2 pill 1hr before workout..and that is what i did friday...just wondering if i should change it or not before i start my log...and im sorry but my log is not going to be that long a week long...my membership is up at my gym and i have no money to get a new one right now..so there could be a little break in my log...just let me know if i need to change my pill cycle any. thanks

I guess since im looking at a week of testing i will put my wed. and fri. workouts up

Wed- I took 2 pill 1hr before my workout when i got there after the first or 2 exercises i felt a good pump going on did my workout with ease.

Fri- I took 2 pill 1hr before my workout again got there and was feeling a big pump my chest felt big and my arms were pumped up i did my day of workout with little stuggle and just started working out again like may i was doing free weight bench did 45s and i could bearly get those up on 15 reps...and i did 2x10 and it felt good.

my workouts are the basic HST sets.

You should really add some protein to those first two meals and also your last meal. Also, pineapple might not be the best choice to have before bed since it's pretty high in sugar. Sorry for the diet critique even though this isn't that type of log, just trying to help you out.
 
Monday- didnt eat all day because I was really busy. Took 2 pills 1hr before workout. i could deffently tell I couldn't even do 2X10 with 50's. Next workout tomorrow.
 
Wed-Took 2 pills 1hr before workout..no pump no nothing...someone told me i should be takeing them 2 before breakfast 2 before workout and 2 with dinner...im going to try that...first time since i started these pill that i have not had a pump...must have been a bad day or something

It needs to be taken 15 minutes before meal.
 
thursday-Ok i just got back from my workout not 20min ago. I have changed a few things up...now im going everyday except saturday and sunday. Im doing legs and sholders on Tuesday and Thursday and everything else stays the same. I switched up my pills 2 morning 2 pre workout about an hour and 2 dinner with about 15min before i eat. I felt good today except i hurt my nect with the squat bar, because im a dumbass and put it in the wrong place...o well i will live. I have a little pump going because i didnt do chest today i dont have a big on but my muscles do fill full with they didnt yesterday. Yesterday must have just been a bad day.

Next workout is tomorrow and i got another month added to my membership so i am going to keep on testing for you guys and im starting my cissus back up cuz of muscle pains. On tomorrows workout i do chest and bi's
 
Friday- I went in today to do 5 rep maxes...arms good, chest not so hot...but i suck at bench and incline anyways....i did have a nice pump going my muscles felt full and continue to fill full all day...im glad i switched my pills up im now takeing 2 fifteen min before i eat breakfast 2 1hr before workout with at shake, and 2 15min before dinner. off Saturday and Sunday chest monday
 
Mon- I switched up my workout instead of doing chest and arms Monday Wednesday and Friday now im doing all of the major workouts. So it will look something like this. Squats, Bench, Incline, Sholder Press, Calf Raises, Dead Lifts, Shrugs, and good old fasion Sit Ups. And on Tuesday and Thursday im comming in and getting Curls, Pull Downs, Calf Curls, and maybe some running or something.

Ok on to yesterdays workout. I started 5's and it was a real workout one of the best i have had there. I took my pills as explained in an earlier post and man....I had an upper body pump going...and it stayed with me all day long and even now that i am posting this which is 10.10AM central time the next day i still feel that my muscles are full and i feel great. well i should have more later in the day sorry i didnt post yesterday. Well that is about all for me. -peaceout-
 
Tues- Ok today i did Pull downs, Curls, dips, and i ran some...man i have such a pump going on its not even funny from just those little bit of lifting...i dont know what it is but sometimes its like a little pump, and then again sometimes its like a big pump. Weird but i dont mind i love it...i would deffentally buy this product.

Next workout is tomorrow.
 
Tues- Light workout just did some Lats, Pulldowns, Calf Curls, and I did a little running not much because i had to get out of there in a hurry...hot date...haha..well it was nice...i think because the workout was really light i didnt have to much of a pump going.
 
Wed- Ok today was a killer workout...and i had a good pump going on but i think i pulled a muscle in my leg from squats. Im not sure yet...but i had a nice pump going and i stil have one...i hope this keeps up because i like it.
