What is your height? Stats for now?

Height: 6ft
Weight:269.6lbs
Max as of 3 weeks ago...last week of cycle
Bench:400
Squat:550 in sleeves
Deads: didn't Max due to back, roughly 500

I know my PR will take a dive over the next couple months while trying to cut, will continue to lift heavy as possible with increases reps. I basically did a versus of 5/3/1 for 6 months and now switching to 10+ reps kicks my ass

Great numbers. I need to get me some sleeves. I think it would help me. I have really backed off the heavy weights, I feel tons better on my joints. Getting old sucks

Yes it does haha I'm 25....but college football made my knees and shoulders very old. I use mark bell STrong knee sleeves

Thanks, I would rep+ you but I mostly just phone app

I guess cause it loads faster lol

On Invictus....would you recommend 1ml in the AM or .5ml AM and .5ml PM or does it not matter

thanks for the mention IronLegion

Looking forward to see how this treats you. Im probably going to be jumping on Invictus next month.

I believe it's best to run split dosages. cortisol peaks in the AM and again in the PM...splitting the doses should help manage cortisol during it's peak times.

Have you ever used Reduce XT in the past for cortisol and if so how were its effects.

Never used any type of cortisol supplement before

Today will be an off day from lifting as I play in a slow pitch softball league Wednesday nights. Sprints are involved as I play outfield:) I was super drained and sleepy today, not saying it's from the Invictus just wanted to make note of that.

Hamstrings are by far my weakest link. Feeling good, was told I already look better in the waste by my fiancé, always one of my favorite pairs of golf pants which are usually tight felt a whole lot better today. Prob most of my head thinking that because I'm only on day four but whatever!

Done with the first week of part one of this program. Honestly am seeing changes already and I can honestly say the only major change was watching my carb intake and including Invictus. Multiple people have either told me I'm looking skinnier or asked if I have lost weight! So far so good! Shoulder workout today was awesome, shoulders on me are weak, I've have three shoulder surgeries with my football days and if the pump gets intense my scars literally start to hurt in my shoulders. Overall great workout, will be getting some cardio in tonight. Haven't weighed myself but I did take a progress pick and am liking the direction this is heading Invalid Link Removed

One week and things are already looking good...keep up the great work!

How is everything feeling?

For your shoulders, AC join or rotator?

I'm also plagued due to shoulder injuries...sucks! After my grade 3 AC joint separation (right shoulder), it took me 6 months before I could touch the top of my head. couldn't do BB bench for YEARS, and overhead presses were out of the question for even more years. Had a grade 2 in my left shoulder, that was a walk in the park in comparison.

Everything is feeing great right now, I tore my labrum 80% in my right shoulder and had two different smaller tears in my left shoulder. It absolutely sucks but I'm not playing football anymore. I was able to work up to a 400 pound bench and it didn't hurt my shoulders. I messed my AC joint up once during the season , I know how painful that's can be! I also have nerve damage on my left long thoracic never which means if I don't physical contract my lat during certain lifts by shoulder blade will shoot straight back causing shoulders and what not to be in awkward positions. One reason I'm trying to get down to 240 is I think my knees and ankles are starting to feel the pain from constantly walking around at 270.

I understand the knee pain at your bodyweight. I was 275 for a while, and it was nice to have size and strength on everything. I feel quite a bit better at 250. I want to be around 240.

Had a sick pump afterwards, preworkout was a spike energy drink with 4 OL hydros....in other news, my youngest brother is going into his redshirt freshmen season of college football. He has challenged me to get back into college football shape. I am three years out of college, I am about 30 pounds heavier than I was my senior year, extremely stronger than I was three years ago but the last three years have lacked in conditioning, I will be using my brothers summer lifting and running program in a week and a half and run it through August until my own season of coaching high school football starts!!! Looking forward to the challenge

End of the school year and the damn kids are crazy, not to mention working a part time job up to 28 hours a week. Getting home I'm go straight to bed and wake up at 5, just to do it all over again. Working 6:45-3:30, 4-9 during the week ......I'm heading out of town and will be heading to a gym Saturday and Sunday. I hate when life gets in the way!!
