Invictus and Sleep

My wife started invictus and said she is waking up after around 4 hours of sleeping sometimes now. Can this be causing it? She is taking .5 at 6am and .5 at 9-930pm prior to bed.

Can the full dose (1ml) be taken all in the morning?

my understanding is Invictus makes it harder to wake up in the morning. I thought I remember reading a recommendation to not take it at night because of it. never did it to me though. does she notice the calmness from .5? I always did the full ml. same for my gf

Have her take the second dose around 4pm. That’s what I did, and had good sleep.

Due to her job, that will not be possible every day. Earliest she would get back home would be around 6pm.

Any downsides to taking it all at once in the morning?

tell her to take 2nd dose before 6:30pm or to take full 1ml in morning--i prefer splitting the dose but like i said make sure there is plenty of room between dosing and bedtime.

please get back to us and let us [me] know if this does the trick---one of the benefits i enjoy from invictus is great sleep.

Like said above, tell her to try different dosing times/schemes. I have seen several people report waking up at night, if dosed too close to bed. But I've also seen reports of improved sleep, when dosed close to going to sleep.

Theoretically if cortisol is high, it can make falling asleep difficult. And if cortisol is low, it can make a person wake up at night.

Can she take it with her, and apply on her under arm area in the bathroom?

Have her try around the 6pm as you stated and see how that effects her. If that still doesn’t work the do the whole dose at the am. I used that way to make it easier. wasn’t an issue.

If she can’t split I’ve done am only and still had good results.
