I'm 29 years old and have been working out for several years. I've basically plateaued the last couple of years and have been lifting to stay in relatively good shape.I have used a variety of supplements over the years with varying results and gathering reliable information on effectiveness, side effects, etc..has proven to be extremely difficult. I am looking for a product or products that will cut some fat and increase muscle mass. Nothing too extreme as I'm really just looking to lose a few pounds and increase athleticism. If anyone has any advice/suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
