Intra-workout

Just seeing what you guys like to drink during your training session? Do you guys do a carb drink or BCAA's or just water or what?
 
Bcaas for me. I train fasted though so it's necessary. Otherwise I would prob just go for water.
 
I've never used any sort of intra workout anything up until the past couple weeks. I've started training for a strongman event coming up, and the work is crazy taxing and it's long training session. I have found that apple juice helps keep my energy levels pretty consistent through the workout. When I'm doing weight training, I just use water.
 
Gatorade plus Amino IV

Carbs + EAA I find highly beneficial.
 
For the past 30 years I just drank water when training, but recently I have started drinking BCAA (Dieselade) while training and I do believe it helps my recovery. I train fasted in the am so the Aminos are a plus!!
 
I train fasted as well, and I drink Active Amino's, 7g powdered Gatorade, and Muscle Fiber (glutamine + probiotics).

I really like the Muscle Fiber !!
 
Gotta admit, I used to use Gatorade on and off for a while. Definitely quenched my thirst! But I've been meaning to try something like Karbolyn or Glycofuse soon.
