Whats up fellas? Just wondering if anybody does any interval training during cardio. I heard that it helps decrease time off of a timed run. Has anybody done this??
So like 2 minute sprint 6 minute walk? What about for example. . .running on the tread mill @ a speed of 6 for 2 minutes, up to 10 for 1.5 minutes, and repeating 2-3 times, and then down to a walk for a couple?? I am just trying to get some ideas.

It is not a true sprint if you can do it for 90 seconds. A common method is 30 seconds sprint followed by 90 second rest. The beauty is that you can tinker with the speed, the incline, and the rest period to always change the intensity.
