Interrupted PH cycle

I was 4 days into a 1ad/4ad cycle when i had to be hospitalized for a case of food poisoning. I was hospitalized overnight and just ate my first meal a few hours ago ( approx. 36 hrs since my last meal and the last time i took ph's). Since I was only 4 days in , would it be ok to just pick up where i left off?

You should make a post in the news section. Theres a guy over there not worried about foodbourne illness and he really likes raw eggs!. Maybe you should enlighten him. Go check out the thread.
 
If the case was so severe that you went to the hospital, chances are your GI tract could be off for a month or more, In my opinion its not wise jump back in
 
I'd take week or two off and start new cycle then. Since you took 1-ad for 4 days only you don't even need pct.
 
same thing happend to me bro, i got one week into my cycle and caught a 72hr virus. just decided to wait until flu season was over to start back up again. i hate when you have been planning cycles and something screws it up!
 
i don't think it was meant to be. I had a tendonitis problem the first time I tried to do it, fractured my hand and now this. Hopefully I'll be able to get 'er done before they expire!
