International orders always missing stuff

When I lived in America I loved nutraplanet but now that I live in Japan I feel like I'm getting ripped off. In October last year they forgot to pack my "nutraPlanet citrus line malate powder (200g)" and never responded to me about it. This year I decided to forgive and try again....... this time they forgot my "iforce tt-33." What's worse is I get charged for the full amount but I don't get all my products or the bonus goodies that come with the promotions. I'm really starting to lose faith here........

have an issue with an international order to Sweden send with fedexinternational February 8 still not received it March 19. Have send a few emails and facebook messages without getting a reply.
Would be great if somebody at Nutraplanet at least can look into it.
