Intermittent Fasting with SARMS - RAD-140 and Ostarine?

I'm thinking of trying IF with my RAD-140, Ostarine, and Ghar1ne cycle. Specifically a 18ish hour fast, last meal is dinner around 6PM, then skipping breakfast to eat around noon.

My goal is mostly recomp... I'd like to bulk, but I've gotten lazy on my diet and I'm up to about 20% BF now. So, recomp it is. Also middle-aged 40 guy here.

Will the longer fast be detrimental to building muscle on the SARMS? Another is the RAD-140 and Ostarine indicate to take with meals, the 16ish hour half like of the RAD-140 seem to be better taken with the morning and evening meal.

Will IF be good, or counterproductive towards putting on muscle on the RAD and Osta?

I in intermittent fasting system last 5-6 years also on keto almost two years, I cut on osta 3 times from 18-25 % bf to the single digit number bf , it doesn't matter if you are on IF or traditional diet both will work ( you can put muscle on IF ) especially if you add drugs to the mix , if any intermittent fasting only speed up your burning fat procces ...

IM fasting will absolutely limit gains unless you catch up on the missed calories, but the S4 will serve to preserve muscle while IM fasting.

You should intermittent fast if losing fat is more important to you then gaining muscle, because yes, it will limit your gains. Of course this isn’t the case if you still eat in a calorie surplus while intermittent fasting (which will be hard in 6 hours) but if you plan to eat in a surplus anyway then why intermittent fast? So you need to decide what is more important to you - gaining muscle or losing fat?

You have used Keto and IF together?

Been on IF for over 5 years and have more muscle than 99.9% of gymgoing men could ever dream of achieving. Just eat a caloric surplus and you're fine. IF and anabolics is great for lean gains with added health benefits. If you're shooting for Ifbb than you probably wouldn't do IF, nut then you wouldn't care about health anyway

It makes no difference what type of eating schedule you follow; that is all IF is. If bulking, getting in 3,000+ cals in a small window is difficult. I know I would get bloated. Just make sure you get your protein and calories in. Don't focus on the minor stuff.

There are other health benefits to IF than just weight loss. People like to point out that it’s no better than calorie restricted eating in terms of fat loss, but IF does more than help you lean out. It increases metabolism, strengthens the immune system, enhances cognition, spikes GH levels, increases energy levels. So there’s a lot more too it.

Both? Yeah, I know that's tough.

I would bulk, but I'm too fat and summer is here. I read that Rad and Osta is a good recomping stack, so that's what I planned. I have a tough time cutting down and retaining muscle.
