Hey guys any interest in another Helladrol ( H-drol) log? I know theres alot so I figured I'd see if theres any interest. Heres my cycle layout...

2 weeks preload with Milk Thistle/ Hawthorne Berry

Helladroll 50/75/75/100/100/100
Along with AI Life Support 6 weeks plus through 4 week PCT (gonna double dose this so its the same amount as Cycle Support)
Multi-V
Fish Oil
Creatine
Glucosamine HCI
Taurine (as needed for Back pumps)

I also have some Sustain Alpha and some Adex on hand just in case.

Heres my stats... 38, 6ft, and currently cut down to 185.5lbs and 12.8-13% BF down from 200LBs and 16%BF from my winter bulk. I did a cycle of Andro Mass last Sept. and gained about 10pounds. Looking to gain muscle and hopefully drop a little fat on this cycle, so I'll be eating a little over maintenance.

Finished 2 week preload and started hella at 50mgs on Sunday (June 24th). Nothing to report so far, had a great chest workout Monday, nothing crazy, but my chest felt like a rock when I was done, more than usual, dont know if the Helladrol had anything to do with it or not.

Might kick it up to 75 tomorrow, wanted to start light to see how it felt on the body. I can post some before pictures if theres any interest in a log. Cant wait to see how this cycle goes!!!
 
Well I'm a week and a half into Helladrol cycle, went with 50MG's for first 3 days then kicked it up to 75mg's since, planning on bumping it up to 100mg's for weeks 3-5 and maybe bumping to 125mg's for the last week depending on how its going. So far, no sides at 75mg's but I really feel and see this working. I'm up 6 pounds although my diet hasnt been as good as I'd like and its made me go from 12.8-13%BF up to 13.4% as of this morning. So I really need to get on track with my eating and maybe toss a little cardio in to get back down a little, definatelly dont want to go up!!! Week one really didnt feel anything but I'm starting to see some strength increases in week 2 even though its tough going without a preworkout, really have to push myself.
 
Hello and how was the cycle over all? . . any side? . . I have been reading about this for about a year and probably will take the plunge next month . . had a quick question . . IYO is there any advantage to using Cycle Assist all the way through the entire cycle or is it best to switch over to PCT Assist at the PCT? . . any ideas, feelings or feedback?

Just finishing up week 2 of my cycle and so far no sides, everythings going great. As far as cycle assist vs PCT assist, PCT assist has some AI and test boosters built in, some just prefer using diferent products instead. Thats what I'm doing, running cycle assist all the was through for support and running my one choise of AI and test boosters. So far I'd definatelly recomend MRSupps Helladrol as its treating me great. Cant wait to see what the next couple weeks bring, as most people say it really starts kicking in in week 3 and up.

I ordered HaloPlex so once I start, lets hope for the best. . . still not sure yet as to weather I'll run CA right on through or switch over to PCT assist but I still have time to get various feedback before I start.

I think I'll be adding DAA in the 6th week as well then right on through the PCT . . I know some do and some don't but eh, can't hurt I suppose.

I have always competed and been tied to drug testing (lol even though I know my competitors must use something) but as I move on in age I think I might retire from comps for a bit and add a bit of size.

How much Taurine are you running a day for the back pumps . . I was thinking 3 g and bump it up to 6 if I start to get them.

Sounds good, good luck with your cycle. As far as the taurine, I havent taken any yet, just keeping it on hand in case of back pumps, but so far I have not needed to take it. I'm bumping the h-drol to 100mgs tomorrow and see how it feels, if all is well, I'llcontinue at 100mgs for weeks 3,4, and 5 then maybe jump to 125mgs for the last week. Looking foward to this week as they say it really kicks in weeks 3 and up.
 
Well its all very exciting but wow 125 I shall watch for your updates but yes this should be the week where it kicks in . . for myself, seeing I'm at 168 I'll just stay at 75 and see how it goes . . . newbie fear I guess lol . . well like I said I'm just watching the mail for my goodies to come in. It's a bit difficult getting stuff through the mail but said company (not sure if its allowed to post company or not) said they can fly under the wire so all is good.
 
Went to 100mgs this week, still good on sides! Still sitting at 6 pounds up though, but leaning out a tiny bit compared to the last 2 weeks. Gonna go another week at 100mgs and decied if I want to bump it up to 125mgs for the last 2 weeks. Strength is really going up though on all body parts this week so thats a good sign!!!

When are you starting, and have you decieded you cycle layout?
 
Yes. I'll start the third week in August. I posted my cycle as well and got some interesting feedback. Feel free to review it. I think it can be found on my profile, sorry still figuring out stuff on the site. But very excited to say the least. It's been a lot of research but interesting read

10-12 is definately posible, I have a tendency to gain fat easy once I up my calories too much so I'm taking it a little slower on this one.
 
Just a little update for anyone watching, I just started week 4 of Hella, So far I've gone 75/75/100 and 100 this week. So far no real sides other than a headach today,
dont know if its related, maybe not enough water today, I'll have to check my BP just to make sure. But I think this stuff is really starting to shine, as of this
morning I'm up 10 pounds from the start of my cycle. Also did chest today and hit a new PR, I did flat press with 105LB dumbells for 9 reps. May not be alot for some of you
monsters out there but I've always struggled with chest with my long arms, so its huge for me!!! Also I measured my arms and they have gone from 16"s to 16.5"s since th begining,
So I gained 1/2" on my flexed arm in 3 weeks which is awesome!
So far I give Helladrol a big 2 thumbs up, and cant wait to see what the next 3 weeks is gonna bring!!!
 
I've been able to go up a little on just about every excersise, I was never one for keeping track of my one rep max's. But the biggest jump was going from 85LB flat dumbell presses for 10 to 105Lb dumbells for 9 in the last 3 weeks
